Privacy Policy

Unofficial translation provided for convenience: the German version is legally binding.

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is Dimitri Pisarev, address and email: see imprint.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and no contact forms. No third-party content is embedded (fonts are served locally from our own server). Contact happens exclusively via email or linked external services.

3. Server log files

When accessing the website, the hosting provider (own server) processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, amount of data transferred, and browser identifier.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. AI support demo

The landing page offers an interactive demo of a customer-support agent. Questions entered there are processed for the duration of the request by the OpenAI API (model gpt-5-nano) on our behalf. They are not stored, not used for model training, and not linked to personal data: the demo collects no names, email addresses, or identifiers.

The shop, its orders, and its products are fictional demo data. No cookies or tracking are involved. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating this demonstration). The provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; transfers are safeguarded accordingly.

5. External links

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, and Telegram lead to third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when accessing these services.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing (Art. 21). Send requests to the email address given in the imprint.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI).
